INSTRUCTIONS

• Preheat the fabric for 3 seconds to remove moisture for better result of fusing.

• Check temperature of machine by temperature stripe regularly.

• Most of transfer works is done at 40-45 PSI as too much pressure will reduce the
opacity and less pressure will create the problem of improper adhesion of transfer to fabrics.

• Turn garments inside out and wash in cold water on delicated cycle. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach.

• Do not iron design.

COLD-PEEL TRANSFERS
1. Use on 100% cotton, cotton-polyester blend or 100% polyester fabric.
2. Set your transfer machine at 350-375oF(175-191oC)
3. Lay the garment over the Teflon pad of the heat press. Smooth out wrinkles and remove any lint or foreign
material from the surface of the garment.
4. Place the transfer in the desired print position with the printed side down against the fabric.
5. Lock the heating element into print position for 15 sec, making certain that the pressure setting is fairly
heavy for good adhesion.
6. Release the heating element and return to the open position. Do not raise the element too quickly since this
may lift the paper and separate the ink from the fabric while it is in a hot and soft state.
7. Cool the paper by firmly rubbing the hot print with a rag or a chalkboard eraser for 10-20 sec.
8. Remove the transfer paper in a slow, even motion by pulling from a corner diagonally across the design.
9. Garments decorated with heat transfers should be laundered without the use of bleaching agents.

HOTS-SPLIT TRANSFERS:
1.SET YOUR TRANSFER MACHINE AT 375-400deg F (190-200deg C)
2. Use on 100% cotton, cotton-polyester blend or 100% polyester fabrics.
3. Lay the garments over the Teflon pad of the heat press. Smooth out wrinkles and remove any lint or
foreign material from the surface of the garment. Preheat the garment by lowering the heat press onto
the shirt for few seconds
4. Place the transfer in the desired print position with the printed side down against the fabric.
5. Lock the heating element into print position for 7 to 10 seconds, making sure that the pressure setting
is fairly heavy for good adhesion.
6. Release the heating element and return it to the open position. Immediately reach in and smoothly pull
the paper off the transfer.(If you take too long to do this, the transfer cools too much will peel like a cold peel.)
7. Garmnets decorated with heat transfer should be laundered without the use of bleaching.
